Rep. Raul Grijalva has named two Tolleson students as the winner of the Congressional App Challenge in Arizona’s 3rd district. University High School Tolleson’s Sean Cabahug, Nate Haynam and Manuel Martinez Sanchez submitted NearLink, an app that gives people the ability to play together by using their phones as a controllers.
