Rep. Ralph Abraham has named four Winnsboro students as the winner of the Congressional App Challenge in Louisiana’s 5th district. Delhi Charter School’s Garrett Gray, Creed Southall, Zachary Reddick and Wyatt Wiggins submitted PEG – Pediatric Emergency Guide, an app that helps those in medical emergencies, mainly those that deal with small children.
