We’re marking ten years of the Congressional App Challenge by spotlighting 25 outstanding young App Challenge alumni shaping the future of technology and innovation.
These honorees were chosen not only for what they’ve built, but for how they reflect the spirit of the Challenge: using creativity and curiosity to tackle real-world problems. Some have launched startups serving millions, others are advancing AI, biotech, and civic tech, and many are mentoring and empowering the next generation.
Together, they represent a wide range of communities and experiences, but share a belief that technology can be a force for good. Their journeys from CAC competitors to changemakers show what’s possible when students are given the tools to imagine and create.
